Roger M. Addison
Roger, CPT, is an internationally respected practitioner of Performance Improvement Technology (PIT) and performance consulting. He is the Chief Performance Officer at Addison Consulting and a Certified Performance Improvement Professional (CPT).He is a past president of ISPI and past Chair of the Board and President of the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations (IFTDO). He received ISPI's highest award, Member for Life, and ISPI’s Rummler, Gilbert and Service Awards.
Fabrizio is a trainer, facilitator and consultant in strategic thinking, performance measurement and management, organization design and change, digital transformation. He operates through the brand Bocci Consulting, consults with public sector, profit-driven and not-for-profit organizations, coaches executives in Strategy and Balanced Scorecard and speaks internationally.
Janet Candido combines strong business and HR skills to help organizations achieve their strategic goals. Janet is a creative problem solver with over 20 years in the Human Resources field. She is an authority on workplace systems and culture, and applies her expertise to provide innovative solutions for clients. Her goal is to help organizations, executive teams and their employees reach optimal performance, applying business knowledge to assist organizations address their HR needs.
Brett D. Christensen
BRETT, CPT, MSc, CTDP, is driven by the mission to help you resolve the workplace performance problems that keep you up at night. A veteran of 30 years of service in the Canadian Navy, he is now the president of Workplace Performance Consulting and an adjunct graduate professor at Boise State University, and part of the ISPI faculty where he helps others learn how to help you.
Camille is a culturally aware trilingual CPT with 20+ yrs. experience. Hired to accelerate Personal Proficiency and Business Plan Implementations, addressing: Quality, Productivity, Safety, KSAs, in private & public sectors, in Europe and USA, across industries including: Educational, Clinical, Transportation, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Financial, Nuclear etc... She is SVUNA VP of Organisational Development and an ISPI-EMEA Board Director. (ISPI-Europe 2005-6 Past President).
Professor emeritus, Florida State University, and has served as Distinguished Research Professor at the Sonora Institute of Technology (Mexico). He received ATD’s Distinguished Contribution to Workplace Learning and Performance award. He is a past president, honorary member for life and Thomas Gilbert Award winner, all with the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), Kaufman has published 41 books and over 300 articles on strategic planning, performance improvement, quality management, needs assessment, management, and evaluation.
Steven is a senior partner with KNO Worldwide, and has worked in performance improvement since the late 1970s. His early years were spent in organization development, assessment and training delivery. During the last three and a half decades, since his re-location to Central Europe in 1991, he has expanded his efforts to include institutional and capacity building, management of large-scale organizational change efforts, performance assessments, and evaluation of project success or ROI.
John B. Lazar
John has been a performance consultant and coach since 1983, including 23 years as an executive coach to executives and senior managers through his company John B. Lazar & Associates. He works with individual leaders and their teams, altering their perspectives, skill sets, and performance to produce socially and emotionally intelligent leadership and management, breakthrough execution and business results.
John has been a member of ISPI since 1981 and now serves on its board of directors
Sylvia K. Lee

Belia Nel is the founder member of Improvid Performance Consulting and holds a post graduate qualification from the University of Johannesburg. She has over 20 years work experience in organizational performance, performance management, talent development and learning including design, facilitation & training, coaching and training of trainers with experience cutting across all levels of staff and management. She has worked primarily in South Africa but also in many SADEC countries.

Mari Novak has worked in the area of improving organizational and individual results for over 35 years. She has worked in the corporate, development, and governmental arenas. Over the past 24 years, she has focused her work geographically on the transitioning social, economic, and business challenges in Central Europe, Asia, the Caucasus, and the Middle East. Mari has successfully applied "systems thinking" and structured performance analytical to all aspects of the development cycle.

Ed is the proprietor of Peacham Pedagogics, a consulting firm founded in 1984 to specialize in research and development for interactive instruction. In recent years, it has expanded into design, development, and evaluation of performan ce systems as well.Over the years we’ve seen a wide range of contexts: banks, supermarkets, Air Force avionics, Army tracked vehicles, publishing, audio-visual learning laboratories, foreign language acquisition, municipal operations, music schools, etc.
Randal Joy Thompson
Randal Joy is an International Development Professional and Founder and Principal of the consulting company Excellence, Equity, and Empowerment. As a US Foreign Service Officer for 28 years, she advised senior government officials on policy changes and helped to change systems to improve health, child welfare, education, social science research, and pro- gram evaluation in all regions of the world. As a Certified Performance Technologist, she has also worked to improve organizations.
